For REMAX, we designed Max Coach: a personalized AI coaching assistant for brokers and recruiters, accessible via WhatsApp and connected in real time to HubSpot CRM. It analyzes each user's business data and delivers tailored strategic coaching in seconds. Max Coach is part of a broader ecosystem: Max Talent for managing new agent leads, a complete CRM setup for marketing, sales, and technical support, and a B2B website for the franchise network.
An enterprise deployment cited directly in the Twilio Q4 2025 earnings presentation.
For DentalPro, Italy's largest dental clinic chain, we designed and implemented AI virtual agents based on Twilio ConversationRelay, operational across approximately 300 clinics throughout Italy. The agent handles bookings, information requests, and first contact across all channels, integrated with the CRM for a unified patient view. Low-value interactions are handled autonomously, human agents focus on conversations that require expertise, and the service is available across all channels with no time restrictions.
